What the author is stating is completely true and the question in discussion is; are the entrepreneurs born or made? My opinion is that one does not have to be a "born entrepreneur" to succeed, but it certainly helps. Native tendencies seem to make certain people more likely to take risks, more able to identify and act on promising business opportunities, and more open to new experiences.
At the same time the practice has shown that some of the most successful businessman does not have a diploma at all in the field that they have been worldwide recognised and developed their business. Finally, the expression “He is born for that...” for sure is based on reality.
I totally agree with you. In my opinion there are some "born" risk-taking persons. These people tend to be creative as well. Take for example Steve Jobs(rip). He never got any graduation as he never commited to a school for 4 years to have a diploma. On the other side he had some creative ideas and tried his best to make them reality, which he finally did.

But there is a word in latin "Post hoc ergo propter hoc" meaning: after this, therefore because of this. So you are a creative person, and you leave school, therefore you become successful.
This is not the case, so it does not mean that all the creative persons should abandon the school and begin their career in whatever they are best at. I think a diploma can enhance the chances of a creative person to succeed in a certain field, as he/she can use new concepts(borrowing brilliance), and share concepts and/or ideas(what is mine is yours), etc.
Characteristics of human being let say like a seed and the climate and athmosphere is the place that seed grow and gives fruit.Without the true climate even if we born in a good character and quality we cant show our real performance.Actually we should look for the enviroment that we can improve.Thanks.
