In this book ,the author tries to summarize the key element of the happiness but not much talk about the cases that people face in daily life.We can try to apply them but psychology and sensitiveness of every people wont be the same.Character of people will determine the responds of them for events even if we try to apply these rules.I mean we try but not fully apply them .Perception that is directly related to character is the main point that we can try to change.
Another thing people are forgetful not always remember or can think any time.In an accident time,you lost your very close friend.People they are in shock not remember the perceptions.Right?
Restricting the wants from life is another case.How cant I want them?"This is in nature"I want them.This is in my instinct.
As a conclusion,The ideas to be happy are very good but application is another issue.
