A book that makes us understands the origin of being an entrepreneur or a leader and also the origin of our behaviors and skills for work. Before reading the Scot Shane's book, what I knew was that in a knowledge-intensive world of ceaseless innovation and change, every professional can be a leader. The skills that the leader exercises in building a critical mass of opinion around emerging issues are the same skills that every professional needs to stay employed at all. In the old days the leadership-averse could hide out in bureaucracies. But as institutions are turned inside out by technology, globalization, and rising public and client expectations of every sort, the refuges are disappearing. Every professional's job is now the front lines and the skills of leadership must become central to everyone's conception of themselves as a professional. But after this serious study I’m aware that simply declaring yourself a leader will not cause anyone to follow you. This is a special feature for those who have the genetic leadership. However, additionally, I assert that the process of becoming a leader doesn't happen overnight in someone who has ‘leader genes’ in his DNA, without study and hardworking.
I believe the stament of the author born leaders and born enterpreneurs. This kind of skills are related to personality, and risk taking which as the book shows is "written" in the genes and give us a predisposition for certain behaviour. Even the examples presented yesterday in the class of local companies American Hospital and Bio-Farm show that the the owners had shown this skills through their lives. The leadership and enterpreneurship skills aren't something you can learn in books. As we know there are plenty succesful people that don't have quite high education. And even all know the histories of Facebook, Apple and Microsoft founders. What i think is important that everyone understands hsi skills and can work to improve those hereditary week points and achieve better results.

I understood that with hard work you can be a good manager but you never can be a leader that poeple belives at you and follow you. You are born or not born to be a leader. The meaning of the leader must be UNIQUE. Do you imagine if all the poeple can be leader? Then for will be a war who will direct the group.
