The subject of this book has been and continues to be one of the most discussable ones. Do your genes take the credit of your capabilities and qualities, do they decide what you can or cannot be. ? Professor Shane in this book argues that our professional destinies are influenced by our genetic and hormonal setup. The book reveals how and why some of us seem to be "born" leaders, creative types, communicators, or entrepreneurs.
In totally agree with the content of this book as genetics hap proven to us that like many visible characteristics like the color of our eyes, also our ability to connect with people or the creativity are somewhere written in our genome. Of course these characteristics can be developed or not for example may be in my genome is written that I am a talent as a pianist, but if I never touch a piano in my life how would I know that.
I think that however during life the environment, culture and other factors like family, peers and experiences shape your personality, abilities and motivation.

In my opinion heredity has a big impact in our lives, like Ana mentioned i think that if you are a children of musician parents it is a big percent to be e musician too, or if your father is a well known chirurg you will gone be too, we know a lot of cases related.
YanıtlaSilBeing a leader and being a musician are different issues and I think being a good musician is more difficult than being a leader since it is totally related with ability and genetics.
