Born Entrepreneurs

Asked before I would never admit that one s work performance is affected by his genes. It is somehow you accept to be providential and everything is determined from the beginning.

But genes combinations is essential says Scott Shame in his book called born entrepreneurs born leaders. As for leadership we knew that researches in general proofed that the leadership qualifications are born with the person they are not teachable or you cannot learn them. But Scott Shame goes deeper pretending that our gene combination effects all our work performace.

Behavior =  environment + genes or more defined :

Behavior = genes + prenatal environment + parental influence + nutrition + family income + education + culture + traumas + chance

In addition these factors affect each other too. In some studies it was found that adoptees more like biological parents than adopted parents in intelligence and personality/temperament. And more numerous studies have shown that genes account for a big portion of the difference between people in both intelligence and personality.

But Genes don’t cause people to engage in any behaviors or hold any attitudes they merely influence the odds that someone will engage in those behaviors or hold those attitudes
