The Star Principle

Richard Koch, in his book tell about how he became a millionaire and explains the principle and strategy behind his financial success. He classifies the companies into four types;

• Cash Cows
• Dogs
• Question Marks
• Stars

According to Richard, Stars are the leaders; provide increasingly high returns and they are much more profitable. When he forwards the question '' What determines your success? ''  to the star business owners
They say that '' Its not the ability, its not the hard work and its not the people just you should start a star business or be associated with a start business''. A star business is the leader in its market niche and the market niche is growing fast at a rate of at least 10 percent a year.
As a result he strongly suggest to invest in star business or at least to work for a star business.
