share everything shareable with others.
One benefit and one loss I see in collaborative consumption. The benefit is that we live in a world with counted and limited natural resources and they are consumed and they are decreasing every day. Building relationships and economies on sharing would fight affirmatively the chaotic profligation that current capitalist interpretation has bringed to us. When a good is being shared and reused it is somehow being recycled. Cost lowering is also another benefit. But building an economy especially on sharing will decrease productivity, innovation and will increase the costs of fighting informal economy and the rising of it. Some few examples from the book is not sufficient to bring arguments opposite the concerns I have sorted.
Anyhow there is a german proverb that says: if you do not have someone to share with, it is not worth to have good things.
Sharing is the main predecent of the happiness.
To share it is good because as you have mention it can reduce cost and the staff can be reused. But I dont thing that it will decrease the productivity because in our nature we dont want to use recycle staff. We buy them when we dont have enough money which in the first case will bring the poeple not buying at all.
YanıtlaSilYou have found a very good german proverb. It is good to share. Once you have someone to share, you have some one to receive as well.
