Rush

This book is the most book of the course  by my opinion. While most of us is thinking the opposite and relating the happiness with peace, inactivity , tranquility it shows up someone that makes you believe the opposite. It doesn t matter  wheather you reach something you are trying to or not it is the rush for it that you perform that makes you happy. The spirit of competition is as old as us. And the happiness comes from rushing around. The hunt for something we want makes us happier. And while the happiness derived from rushing out for something we want is implemented in our insights the happiness we seek cannot be found if we foolishly try to run away from who we are.
Could you imagine that we need stress and expectations extend life? Do not retire says Todd Bucholz it makes you stupid ; we feel better chasing the toils even if we never catch them.

  1. I think the most this book is related with one part of the poeple which find the happiness to the competition and less to other staff. So in this case this not related to poeple in general. What I means the competition brings the accomplishemnt of the goal (And if everyone achive their goal they feel happy)But this doesnt mean the we need to expect to ourself or the fact that our goals are different from each others

  2. I agree with Ermelinda, competetive enviroment to my opinion isn't always a positive enviroment. where there is competition there is also rivalry, and this doesn't bring people positive feelings. However competition makes us work to improve our selves and our skills, so in this context improvement and results are that bring us the happiness.
