DISRUPT
This is a world that is always in
change and if you want to win you must transform it entirely. This requires a
revolution in thinking—a steady stream of disruptive strategies and unexpected
solutions. In this book “Disrupt”- Luke Williams shows exactly how to generate
those strategies and deliver those solutions.
He shows how to combine creativity
with analytical skills in a simple five-stage process for successfully disrupting
any market:
What Do You Want to Disrupt?
What Are the Business Clichés?
What Are Your Disruptive Hypotheses?
What Can You Invert?
What Can You Deny?
After going through these steps, you
should be able to generate several brilliant hypotheses that will challenge your
established way of looking at your business. The general rule is that
expression “What Ifs” will offer a
fresher perspective. So, don’t worry if your hypotheses seem completely
ridiculous. As these stories illustrate, inverting or denying industry clichés
can often lead to significant business breakthroughs.

I find it very interesting and i enjoined the part of inverting or denying industry cliches so that unique business ideas come out. The author describe step by step how to generate this disruptive ideas. But this Disruptive Ideas that looks very interesting are only half of the story....
YanıtlaSilHypothesis derived from analysis is very valuable not only in the field of business but everywhere. They help a lot in constructing new ideas and exploring new ways and techniques. So in my opinion they belong to a mindful and daring business people. The risk is part of the business which should be taken in case of implementing arguable hypothesis. By this I reminded the revolution that brought to the media the late owner of Top Channel who experimented new hi tech devices that turned out to be very successful and competitive.
