Little Bets

As someone who lives experimentation, the ideas are not new. Making little bets is about doing little tests. Try something. Get feedback. Refine. Get more feedback. The creative process is a hands-on experiment. So one shouldn't be afraid of trying; at the end of tries success comes. Individuals as well as companies should follow the steps of making little bets.

    The problem is when LITTLE BET it is so little. I mean sometime you should take decision when the concequences are very bad. So if you fail you can make so much damage that can be hard to fixed. In the moment when you dont have other choise you should take the risk. For my opinion this kind of experiments are very risky.
