This was one of the most beautiful book i have ever read. It talks about the happinies. Most of the people in this life work and do things to be as much happy as they can. The author says that 50 % of the happinies comes from gen and i totally agree with the author. In my real life i have seen people who have a very happy family because they have funny relatives. They are most of the time happy even when they have failure. To be happy means a lot to me. You have free stress. Once you do not have stress you can cope with your business very well. Most probability you have a very good relation with your friends and family and colegues.

I think the genetic it is more related to our being optimistic or not more than being happy. Also I think the concept of the happiness is much more. For example you can be a optimist guy but if your familly it is suffering because they are poor and you can not help them, then you never can be happy
