Psychologically, the work that is done by a group is more
successful that the work done by one individual. Even religiously the Prophet
Mohammad says: “God is with the group”. It means that even God
likes when acts are taken collectively. One hand cannot wash itself without the
other hand. In that manner, most of activities could be more analyzed (many
thoughts are better than one thought), more secured, more successful, more productive,
more efficient, and better performed.
The example of Ivan Marovic is very prudent. If Ivan would undertake
that mission by himself (to hit the portrait of Milosevic by himself) the
effect of that act would be so massive at all. Another good example is “the
Arab spring”. The revolution would not be done only by one or two
persons. Altogether they won the battle against the dictators.
If we compare the
classifications of companies, the most profitable ones are the corporate
founded by more than one proprietor. As an Albanian word say: “The
bravest one is who has more friends”.
