Born Leaders by Scott Shane reopens the discussion of “born vs learned skills”.
Evidence may support either side time by time and sometimes it is our belief
about this issue that leads us to decisions. I believe that inborn capacities
set the limits and direction of where one can go. Other factors just make it or
not possible.
