Behavioral genetics in relation to behavior at the work place and leadership. Not technical, which makes it suitable for general readers. The studies have shown that our genes have great influence on our behavior. However, we are not predestined by our DNA to act in a specific manner. We can and do have control over our lives. At times we just have to work harder to achieve the same goals than someone who is born with a natural tendency toward that goal.
