It means that nature and nurture has a big effect in our work life.
In my opinion genes has a big effect on any talent on arts, music or, intelligence in mathematic, but the place when we grow up all environment the studies, opportunities in life and little bit luck effect our work life in a huge percentage.

Ok I understand your concern because the chances and possibilities here maybe are few (circumstances) but I would say that genes impact our way of passion, force and commitment to do something and to reach what we desire wherever we live. There are a lot of cases of famous and successful Albanians all over the world, so they have found the way to be or they have been born leaders?
