The How of Happiness



this is the old and new question how can we be happy ?
some thought the happiness are with money , beauty , health , but to be happy we have to have effect of people around us
i think we couldn't find it if we are going to think only in our self or in our benifits , but we have to think collectively , for our family , friends , groups , comunity , society , we have to change( I ) to ( We ) , and (Me) to (Us)

how can i be more helpfull ,trust , just , to have the own goals and strategy , to try to give others some thing
and this classification from autor mrs Sonja is very important

50% is influenced by our Genes.
10% is influenced by our Circumstances.
40% is within our Control.

and this may be invitation for all of us to use this way to try to live his lives with happiness

  1. i agree that this book brings interesting answers for questions that i believe are as old as human being. Normally every one would like to have the nest life ever and to feel happiness in every meaning. And, this way it is difficult to give written definition for this matter that is deeply felt and lived with. But, i believe that one of the interesting points of this book is the classification she did, but also the solution she suggests. May be these are usual action that we keep doing , but we were not aware of their importance. and role, in bringing happiness.such as, expressing gratitude, cultivating optimism, avoid over thinking, practice acts of kindness, nurture social relationship, develop strategies for coping, learning to forgive, increase flow experiences, savoring life’s Joys, Committing to your goals, Practicing religion and Spirituality, taking care of your body. In fact it is true that you feel much better when you do something good, or when you help someone, and i truly believe that this is a source of happiness.
