Little bets, is a very entertaining book that provokes new ideas and new way to solve life and business problem. It gives a different way that people are normally taught in school, away from strict strategies and complex methods of analyzing business planning, and management.
The books starts with the idea that, generally we think we need brilliant ideas before doing something new, like Moxart,who put it in paper without corrections. Because he is a genius. But the most people are like Bethnoven, this is far more common way how people innovate. So, little bets are for discovering problems and developing ideas and opportunities. 1.We two often use a planning mentality ,but inf fact that is more useful to go through a learning process with experiments
