Its help is concentrated in chasing away the fears or shyness that this big companies produce.
People who tend to be creative shy away in the fear and pressure of a bad appeal, so that they do not even try. Other persons who would like to start a new bussiness fear the failure and sometimes do not even start. That is where they are wrong. According to this book, besides the luck and expertise, there is a trait in human character which can make them successful should they bring to life an idea, product, service. This trait is called determination.
