Bets
I totally agree with the fact that making little bets is a nontraditional way of thinking, because traditionally people in order to reach
their objectives do plans (sometimes master
plans) or think a lot about the topic, or study the other similar cases and after
make decisions to have the results.
But as Peter Sims describe in this book making little bets
people start with an idea and based on it create something that is new for the
others and the creator wait to see if other people like/accept it or not. If it
is successful they begin to build other little bets.
Little bets can be applied in every kind of profession/business
or in different parts of life. Usually people that are initiator in doing
things are also initiators in starting of little bets. They don’t mind to do
things wrong because they have ability to learn from mistakes.

I really liked this book too Majlinda, but how hard it is here to be implemented in here? I question my self, why i have to worry about other's opinion but the peer pressure concept haven't' yet helped me with this problem:)

Yes, I agree with the fact that in Albania it is hard to implement such ideas because of people mentality. Little bets help entrepreneurs to have great ideas.
