Star Principle


Richard Koch, in his book ‘‘the Star Principle‘‘ has explain his experiences in his carrier and how he use the star principals in becoming successful and rich. It is a practical book which can be read quickly, with full of personal experiences of different businesses which are becoming star companies, and the author has explained the way haw these businesses has been changed.
He explains that star companies have a big growth and progress. Growth is everything.
As per his experience he explain the four types of companies.
Stars – leaders in high–growth markets
Question marks – followers in high–growth markets
Cash cows – leader in low–growth markets
Dogs – followers in low–growth markets
“If you can dream it you can do it’’ – Walt Disney; It’s a nice and wonderful advice. If every one of us dream to be part, employee or cofounder of a star company just go for it.

  1. every day in our life we can see many big or huge companies and we hoped if i have share in this or that company , but the most important in this book that we ca focus to find the star project or business may it is no need so much money as we think and we have in our real life a positive examples every day

  2. I don't agree with you Alda when you say that growth is everything. Growth is very important part of the business but even the pleasure of creating a product and a service that no one does is very important.

  3. i guess that every one likes to be a star, that is why now days we have a lot Star competition. Being a star makes you more important and more strong.
