In this book the author explains success and how to get rich from the STAR PRINCIPLE.
According to the BCG Portfolio Diagram, there are four types of companies: cash cows, dogs, question marks and stars. What determines your success?”According to the author, “It’s not the ability, it’s not the hard work and it’s not people. To be successful, you should start a star business or be associated with a star business.
So even if you aren't rich to invest in a star business you can always work for a star business it pays off much more better that any mature cash cows.
A.K.
Actually finding a star business is an ability.Without noticing the differences how we are going to be successful.Hard working doesnt mean you dwell on making breads only even find a way to sell it more.
YanıtlaSilI agree with you that being part of Star Businesses (of course if you can not start your own) it's pretty good because at least you are paid more and even if you let this company for going to a bigger Star Business your value as a trained employee is much more than if you come from a non Star Business.
YanıtlaSilsometimes the graphs speaks more than words. The picture that you choose is very significant for this book.
YanıtlaSilI think in a society it is necessary to have four types of companies, but our society is a little bit contradictory "everyone wants to be a star".They can not act as stars if they aren't.
