What is mine is mine what is yours is negotiable

What is mine is yours is a very interesting book. The authors have got some points which are to be discussed. The part which I liked most is the part where they are talking about the all-consuming people. It is in the first part of the book. It tells a story of a security guard who was pushed away by a sale-hungry crowd of people who wanted to enter first in the magazine. After pushed to the soil he was stepped over by so many people that he could not make it, and passed away.
This part is telling the story of how human mind can be manipulated in so many ways. Even in a simple transaction where you actually are going to give money away, the marketing makes it so desiderable that people become agressive.

About the sharing, I think is one of the new concepts of consumption, it will be developed and used for the years to come. I think that more than a concept it will soon be a trend. The authors talk about the waste and its costs. There is so much waste in our time that after a while, 50 or 60 years from now it would be impossible to live. To have a normal life span, to find a green place to stay, to even breath clean air, or to take a walk in the sun without being burn, or to have a bath in the river or the sea, least but not last to have a clean glass of watter whenever we get thirsty.

There is a story about a king who thought he was the richest man ever. There came this wise man who said you are not the richest man I know. The king showed him whatever he had in his possession. The wise man said what if you were in the dessert burning in the hot sun and could not find a glass of watter. And you were going to be in the edge of dying thirsty. Would you give half of your possessions to have this glass of watter in order to survive, and he said -Yes.
After you had this glass of watter, somehow you can not take it out of your body because of a disease. And you would be so much in trouble that you would soon die. Would you give half of your possessions to take the watter out? And he said - Yes.

So all your wealth and power equals a clean glass of water..
