In this book prof.Scott Shane mention the the impact of genetic factors on a person’s career. Genes
doesn’t totally define the entire life of a person, but has a huge impact on it.For
sure genes play an important role in making decisions; became leaders or to
have entrepreneurs ability. There are facts that many families inherits their
businesses based on facts that their children/grandchildren transmit generation
after generation the same skills and abilities.
In Shane’s simple
model of view: Behavior = Genes + Environment.
I think here is an intangible factor that affects the role
of each indicator. Each human being acts as an independent one. He/She has an
interior willpower to accept and his/her critical point of view about genes
that he/she inherits and environment that encircle his/her. Judging like this
the equitation is more complicated because there is a mutual dependence between
interior willpower and genes / environment…

It is true about the equation: Behavior=Genes+environment but as you mentioned it in your post behind this equation are more element that complicate more our behavior.
