I think this book is very usefull to give us a classification methods that effect human happiness. But the percentage, weight of these effect can be discussed. Especially %50 percent effect from our gene seems to me a lot.
YanıtlaSilIf we could control 40% of our happiness, it would be good enough. I think the book is somehow an optimistic one as it provides “ways” how to reach happiness which is the biggest goal of life, to be happy.
