Born entrepreneurs, born leaders
our author today focused on genes so much , in fact we can see the great doctors have sons an daughters in the same field but also we can see the the same father and mother but their sons and daughters at different field in the life so i think it is effect or has influence for our life but not only the genes is the main reason for it .
and this book is in conflict with another one (bounce ) by author mathew syed which he explained that if you are going to get training for 100.000 ( hundred thousands hours ) you will be champion
and from our real life
we can see many businessmen may some of their sons are also in the same field but others are in another places
so i think it is may effect but not necessary to be like that
Our thought converge Karam. Entrepreneurs all around the world have some common psychological traits but that doesn't mean that people who have the same traits will be entrepreneurs. There is something that these people acquire along the road.

In fact even me not agree with the fixed separation in % of genes,life circumstances and interaction,because I think the author must highlighted the fact that this separation is a kind of average/reference point but not fixed.
